




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Onsite Technical Support professional to assist users and equipment in airport environments. Key Highlights: 1. We want you to be part of this great team! What Are We Looking For? We are currently seeking an Onsite Technical Support professional to assist users and equipment in airport environments. Main Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to internal users. Diagnose and resolve hardware- and software-related incidents. Perform equipment maintenance and configuration tasks. Support notebooks, PCs, printers, and peripherals. Assist with basic network and telephony issues. Ensure efficient service delivery and an excellent end-user experience. Requirements: Previous experience in onsite technical support or help desk roles. Hardware knowledge (PCs and notebooks). Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. Printer knowledge. Basic knowledge of networks and telephony. Students or graduates in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred). We Are Looking For Individuals With: A proactive, organized, and self-taught profile. Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. Strong communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation. Work Modality: On-site. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 23:00–07:00. Primary Work Location: Aeroparque.
