Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Electronic Technician to provide comprehensive technical support to users, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, networks, and systems. Configuration of workstations and peripherals Temporary position with potential for extension! Junior Electronic Technician (IT & Hardware Support) We are looking for a Technician to cover an extended leave within the team. Location: On-site (primarily in Retiro and some days in Boulogne) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Employment Type: Temporary contract (covering an extended leave) What is the objective of this role? To provide comprehensive technical support to users, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, networks, and systems, and guaranteeing rapid incident resolution. Main Responsibilities: - Configuration of workstations and peripheral devices. - Diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of PCs, printers, and general hardware. - Installation and configuration of Windows operating systems and Office suite. - Technical support to users (hardware, software, and connectivity). - Review of network cabling and connectivity. - Tracking and resolution of tickets, with escalation when required. - Basic assistance and training for end users. Requirements: - Technical education (Electronics). - Knowledge of PC repair and maintenance. - Experience installing Windows and Office tools. - Basic networking knowledge (configuration, connectivity, troubleshooting). - Ability to assemble RJ45 connectors.
