Functions and Responsibilities: • Maintain, update, and configure applications deployed at client sites. • Deploy various application modules. • Train end users on the operational use of the system marketed by our organization. • Define and agree upon administrative workflows with clients. • Conduct periodic visits to various clients. • General hardware configuration (technical support). Requirements: • Graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analyst, or related fields (Mandatory). • Excellent communication skills oriented toward customer service. • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (Preferred, not mandatory). • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to provide on-site support to clients (Mandatory). • Valid driver’s license. • Residence in Córdoba, Argentina.
