Expected to think like a product engineer, understanding intent For a US based company, we are looking for a **SENIOR FULL STACK ENGINEER.** **Primary Stack** * React, Next.js, Node.js, tRPC (with GraphQL), and MedPlum as the backend EMR system. * Work Distribution * The work is approximately 70% front\-end (Foco en React) and 30% back\-end. **Front\-End Focus** * Strong React skills — taking Figma designs and building enterprise\-ready UI components * Front\-end performance optimization (page load times, API call optimization, observability and logging) * Understanding of how to structure components effectively **Back\-End Focus** * Lighter scope — mostly calling and optimizing APIs rather than heavy event\-driven architecture * MedPlum experience is a strong plus but not a dealbreaker; existing team members can help ramp people up * A strong healthcare project background helps bridge any MedPlum knowledge gap **AI \& Agentic Development** * Engineers receive enterprise Claude subscriptions and are evaluating Codex as well PRDs, specs, and transcripts are being stored in GitHub so AI agents have full context. * Engineers are expected to think like product engineers — reading specs, understanding product intent, and asking smart questions * Engineers should be comfortable revi Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Work Location: Remote
