The platform offers a suite of products covering compliance, advisory, risk, and operational workflows. The engineering team is primarily based across LATAM and Europe, while customer success and sales teams are based in the U.S. The company is experiencing rapid growth, scaling from approximately **$2\.2M toward $3\.5M ARR** this year, with a target of **$4\.5M ARR by year\-end**. About the Role We are seeking an experienced **Full Stack Engineer** to design, build, and deliver end\-to\-end product features across infrastructure, backend APIs, and frontend applications. You will work in a production environment serving financial advisors and wealth management firms. The ideal candidate will take ownership of feature development, build scalable RESTful APIs using **Django**, develop responsive user interfaces with **React**, and integrate with custodial platforms, CRM systems, and financial data providers. Experience using AI\-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining high code quality is expected. **Reporting To:** Head of Product \& Technology Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and implement end\-to\-end product features across infrastructure, backend APIs, and frontend applications. * Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Django. * Develop responsive and modern user interfaces using React. * Integrate applications with custodial platforms, CRM systems, and financial data providers. * Design database schemas and optimize queries across relational and non\-relational databases. * Perform code reviews and resolve bugs across both frontend and backend systems. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality software. * Utilize AI\-assisted development tools effectively while maintaining engineering best practices. Required Qualifications * 5\+ years of experience building web applications and REST APIs using **Django**. * 5\+ years of experience with **modern JavaScript (ES6\+)** and **React**. * 3\+ years of experience with **Redux** or similar state management libraries. * 2\+ years of experience designing and building RESTful APIs. * 2\+ years of hands\-on experience with **AWS services** (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS). * Fluency in **Spanish** (required for team collaboration) and professional working proficiency in English. * Experience integrating AI development tools into daily engineering workflows in a controlled and effective manner. * 2\+ years of experience working on production software used by **1,000\+ users or companies**. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with **Bootstrap** or similar design systems. * Familiarity with build tools such as **Webpack** and **Babel**. * Experience with monitoring platforms such as **Kibana**, **Grafana**, **Sentry**, or similar tools. * Previous experience working at a **product company** (preferred over software consulting or agency environments).
