Reliability-centered maintenance management Hard Service Supervisor – HVAC Engineer We are looking for talent! At **Facility Service SA**, we are hiring a Hard Service Supervisor with a technical HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) background to join our operations team in the prestigious Puerto Madero district. \-Key Responsibilities: Act as the single technical point of contact for the client. Ensure implementation of reliability-centered maintenance practices (thermography, vibration analysis, real-time monitoring, power quality). Plan and supervise Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for all facilities. Manage and report on vendor and asset performance. Keep key stakeholders informed about program status. \-Requirements: Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineer – graduated or nearing graduation (beyond 4th year). Bilingual (fluent Spanish/English). Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience, including at least 1 year in operation and maintenance of centralized air conditioning systems. Experience in commercial spaces exceeding 5,000 m². Solid knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, applicable standards, and safety procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD experience is a plus. \-Desired Competencies: Outstanding people management skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
