What will your responsibilities be? · End-to-end management of inquiries and complaints via WhatsApp, email, and phone support. Order tracking and delivery coordination. Pre-sales and post-sales consultation to ensure an impeccable shopping experience. Resolution of incidents on E-commerce platforms. What are we looking for? · Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions (mandatory). Skills: Excellent writing, spelling, and diction. Ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously. Residence: Candidates residing in Belgrano or nearby areas (CABA) will be prioritized. Attitude: Proactivity, empathy, and customer orientation.
