This role requires a technical-commercial profile capable of understanding electrical/energy sector solutions, interacting with technical departments, and translating client needs into competitive value propositions. ROLE OBJECTIVE Develop and manage commercial opportunities by identifying clients’ technical needs, delivering specialized advisory services, and preparing technical-commercial proposals in the electrical/energy sector, thereby contributing to the company’s sustainable business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prospect and develop new clients and business opportunities within the electrical, industrial, and construction sectors. Analyze clients’ technical requirements (tender documents, specifications, operational needs). Provide technical and commercial advisory services to clients regarding the company’s products and solutions. Coordinate with the Commercial Engineering team to develop technical-commercial proposals. Participate in preparing quotations, tenders, and offers. Ensure accurate submission of technical documentation, certifications, and supporting materials for each proposal. Perform end-to-end follow-up on commercial opportunities until closure. Maintain up-to-date customer and opportunity databases in the CRM system. Conduct commercial visits and technical meetings with clients. Identify product/service improvement opportunities based on market feedback. Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and emerging technologies. Participate in industry fairs, exhibitions, and sector-specific events. Support collection management related to commercial operations. Prepare periodic commercial management reports and performance against objectives. REQUIREMENTS Academic Qualifications: Completed secondary education (technical background preferred). Electrical or electromechanical technician qualification (desirable). Engineering student or graduate (electrical, electromechanical, electronics) or mechatronics – desirable. Training in marketing or sales (complementary). Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial roles (desirable). Experience in B2B technical sales (highly desirable). Experience in the electrical, energy, industrial, or construction sectors—particularly in electric transformers, rectifiers, and industrial battery chargers (highly valued). Technical Competencies: Knowledge of electrical/energy sector products and solutions. Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation. Reading and analysis of tender documents. Development of technical-commercial proposals. Understanding of corporate tendering and procurement processes. Consultative selling techniques. Negotiation techniques.
