This role is critical to ensuring well-organized financial processes, reliable information, and visibility for decision-making. The position will have direct impact on operational efficiency, financial planning, and business scalability. Responsibilities Financial and Administrative Management Manage the complete billing, collections, and payments cycle. Administration of suppliers and invoices for our Inc. and SAS entities. Payment of taxes and suppliers in Argentina and abroad. Management and oversight of the Billing & Finance inbox. Administration of changes to customer billing schemes. Calculation, payment, and allocation of referral commissions. Bank and Accounting Firm Relations Direct collaboration with banks and accounting firms in Argentina and the United States. Coordination of accounting closings and tax and corporate filings: Balance sheets VAT, Income Tax Annual tax returns W8 / W9 / 1042 / 1099 Calculation and provision of local taxes (VAT, Gross Receipts Tax). Reporting, Metrics, and Planning Preparation of periodic financial reports. Tracking of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, CAC, LTV). Financial forecasting and support in financial planning processes. Administrative-financial support to HR (hiring, terminations, vacations, etc.). Optimization and Scalability Identification of operational efficiency opportunities. Automation of repetitive tasks. Use of digital tools, no-code platforms, and artificial intelligence to: Enhance financial controls Reduce operational friction Scale the finance function alongside company growth. Requirements Technical Proficiency with billing platforms: Xero and Facturante. Experience with recurring billing: Chargebee / Stripe / Increase. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets. Solid accounting knowledge. Familiarity with SaaS metrics: MRR, churn, CAC, LTV. Intermediate English (preferred). Profile High level of organization and autonomy. Analytical ability to interpret financial data and metrics. Excellent communication skills with executive leadership and investors. Proactivity in improving processes and anticipating risks. Attention to detail and results orientation. Ownership and accountability mindset. Strong orientation toward automation and continuous improvement.
