At Synchro Technologies, we are looking for a Junior or Senior Access and Identity Management Analyst to join our client’s Information Security team—a leading insurance company. The search focuses on filling a position responsible for managing access (user CRUD operations and identity management) across the company’s IT infrastructure. Main Challenges: - Manage and monitor access to systems and applications. - Coordinate with security teams to implement access policies. - Analyze and report on security and access incidents. - Collaborate in the continuous improvement of identity management processes. Requirements: - Minimum one year of prior experience in access and identity management. - Experience in MDA roles is valued. - Knowledge of information security standards and regulations. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Proactivity. - Strong teamwork capability. - Autonomy and commitment. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00. Location: Microcenter – CABA.
