We seek someone who enjoys solving complex problems, drives innovation, and wants to leave a mark on the development of telecom operator products. **Main Responsibilities** *Implementation, Integration, and Deployments* * Participate in and lead complex implementation projects, from initial scoping through final commissioning. * Develop and maintain implementation procedures, ensuring they are executed correctly and consistently. * Ensure technical quality of deliverables: testing, validation, performance, documentation, and training. *Architecture and Design* * Support the technical and architectural definition of proprietary OSS solutions. * Support the design of components, integrations, and end-to-end flows with focus on performance, scalability, and observability. * Drive strategic technology decisions based on industry best practices. *Leadership and Collaboration* * Provide technical guidance to the team, including mentoring, code reviews, and decision-making support. * Support backlog refinement, planning, and definition with high-level technical insight. * Actively participate in research, prototyping, and adoption of new technologies. *Advanced Support and Continuous Evolution* * Serve as the technical reference for customers and internal teams regarding access technologies, networks, and platforms—as well as solution deployment and infrastructure architecture (container/pod organization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes). * Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex incidents in distributed, high-availability ecosystems, including post-deployment troubleshooting. * Lead knowledge transfer to operational teams, ensuring proper transition into steady-state operation. * Maintain and evolve internal, public, and deployment-related technical documentation. **Requirements and Technical Skills** * More than 5 years of experience at a telecommunications operator—or at a vendor serving such operators—in deploying services/products or implementing software. * Software development experience, with proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages. * Regular use of AI tools for development (e.g., Claude Code or equivalents). * Proven experience in container deployment and operations using Docker and Kubernetes (mandatory), with deep expertise in building, orchestrating, and troubleshooting containerized workloads. * Familiarity with OpenShift and experience deploying on public (e.g., AWS) and private clouds, as well as virtualized environments. * Knowledge of access networks (FTTH / DOCSIS) and advanced networking, with deep understanding of telecom operator networks. *Desirable* * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronics (or equivalent experience). * Knowledge of telecom protocols such as TR-069 / SNMP / TR-369. * Relevant technical certifications (cloud, Kubernetes/OpenShift, networking, or other stack-related). * Intermediate/advanced English desirable; Portuguese desirable. **Benefits Package:** * Semi-annual bonus of up to one month’s salary per year. * OSDE 210 health insurance for immediate family. * Three weeks of vacation starting from completion of the first year. * In-house English training program with two classes per week. * Welcome kit. * Birthday leave day. * Edenred card. * Summer flexible Fridays
