You’ll work across the stack, contributing to backend services written in Go, data systems using PostgreSQL and ClickHouse, and modern front\-end applications built with React and Vue. This role is ideal for an engineer who has worked on **production systems at scale**, understands performance and reliability concerns, and is eager to deepen their impact on system design and architecture. **What you will do:** * Build and maintain **backend services** in **Go** that support high\-volume transactional workloads. * Work with **PostgreSQL** for transactional data and **ClickHouse** for analytics and reporting. * Develop and enhance user interfaces using **React and Vue.** * Collaborate with senior engineers on **system design, API contracts, and data modeling.** * Identify and resolve **performance, scalability, and reliability issues.** * Write clean, maintainable, and well\-tested code. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering best practices. Learn and grow into increased ownership of features and systems. **What you bring:** * **4–8 years of professional software development experience.** * Experience building backend services using **Go** (or strong experience in another language with demonstrated Go proficiency). * Hands\-on experience with **transaction\-heavy or data\-intensive systems.** * Solid working knowledge of **PostgreSQL**, including schema design and query optimization. * Experience using **ClickHouse** or another analytical / columnar database. * Front\-end experience with **React and/or Vue.** * Experience designing and consuming **RESTful APIs.** * Understanding of **performance, concurrency, and scalability fundamentals.** * Comfortable working in **Linux and cloud\-based environments.** **Nice if you have:** * Exposure to **high\-throughput systems** (financial platforms, analytics pipelines, event processing, etc.). * Familiarity with **Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure.** * Experience with **caching technologies** (e.g., Redis). * Basic experience with **monitoring, logging, and observability.** * Knowledge of **TypeScript** and modern front\-end tooling. **Equal Opportunity Employer:** AspenView is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
