Improve and operate CI/CD pipelines through Jenkins and Azure DevOps We are seeking a **Lead SRE Engineer** to build and run an Azure\-based API management platform using infrastructure as code and robust CI/CD practices. You will own hands\-on delivery across Microsoft APIM and related platforms, partnering with teammates in the EST time zone to support several initiatives at once—apply now. **Responsibilities** * Architect, implement and maintain API management solutions, with Microsoft APIM as the primary platform * Build and administer Azure infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible * Improve and operate CI/CD pipelines, primarily through Jenkins and Azure DevOps * Partner with a cross\-functional team to diagnose and fix platform reliability issues * Advise on API management approaches drawing on experience with multiple API management platforms * Balance work across multiple projects while adjusting to changing priorities and limited resources * Deliver senior\-level, hands\-on engineering contributions to ongoing initiatives **Requirements** * Proven track record with 5\+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or comparable DevOps roles * Strong background in API management platforms such as Microsoft APIM, Tyke or Kong * Extensive hands\-on expertise in Terraform, Ansible and Azure cloud environments * Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Azure DevOps * Demonstrated ability to work independently while juggling multiple projects in parallel * Strong problem\-solving skills and flexibility when priorities shift * English proficiency at B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) level or higher **Nice to have** * Experience working with more than one API management platform such as Tyke or Kong * Familiarity with other cloud providers or hybrid cloud setups * Knowledge across a wider DevOps toolset * Exposure to troubleshooting complex platform issues across different environments **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
