This role strongly emphasizes **automation**, **integrated security throughout the development lifecycle (DevSecOps)**, and **standardization of infrastructure and operations practices**. The position requires high autonomy, technical decision-making ability, and a holistic perspective connecting platforms, security, and operational continuity. ### **Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain automated **CI/CD pipelines** across various projects and teams. * Integrate **security tools** into pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA), ensuring quality standards and compliance. * Manage infrastructure using **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**, promoting reproducible and secure practices. * Implement and maintain environments based on **containers and orchestrators**. * Define and apply **cloud security controls**, including identities, access, encryption, and networks. * Configure **monitoring, logging, and alerting** solutions, collaborating on incident response. * Administer mechanisms for **secret management and access control**. * Collaborate in defining internal IT and security standards. * Provide technical guidance to the team, emphasizing best practices, automation, and scalability. * Participate in strategic IT area decisions with cross-organizational impact. ### **Requirements** #### **Must-Have** * Solid experience in **automation** (mandatory requirement). * Practical experience in **CI/CD** using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, or others. * Knowledge of **application security**: + SAST (e.g., SonarQube, Checkmarx). + DAST (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite). + SCA (e.g., Snyk, OWASP Dependency-Check). * Experience with **Infrastructure as Code** using Terraform, Ansible, and/or CloudFormation. * Use of **IaC scanning tools** (e.g., Checkov, tfsec, or others). * Experience with **Docker** and **Kubernetes** (OpenShift is a plus). * Knowledge of **container security** (e.g., Trivy, Anchore, OPA/Gatekeeper). * Experience with at least one **cloud provider** (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Knowledge of **IAM, encryption, secure networking, and audits**. * Experience with **monitoring, logging, and SIEM** (e.g., Splunk, ELK, or others). * **Secret and authentication management** (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SSO, Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or similar). * Ability to work **autonomously**, with strong ownership mindset. #### **Nice-to-Have** * Experience managing corporate devices and environments (e.g., Intune or similar tools). * Prior experience leading or mentoring technical teams. * Participation in DevOps/IT practice standardization or maturity initiatives. * Background in organizational growth contexts or platform scaling. ### **What We Offer** * Employment contract under local labor law. * Payment in **ARS**. * **100% remote** work. * Statutory leave + **5 additional personal days**. * Access to **learning platforms**. * **English classes**. * Reimbursements. * **Welcome kit**. * **Referral program**. * Darwoft culture: people-centric, technical excellence, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
