Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Surveyor with a commercial and analytical profile to manage permits, conduct site surveys, and prepare technical reports for construction works in buildings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage access permits and prepare sketches for construction works. 2. Establish good relationships with building managers and clients. 3. Technical profile with commercial skills and knowledge of External Plant. We also provide network support, maintenance, and microcomputing services. We are currently seeking a Technical Surveyor with a commercial and analytical profile. The candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys and managing access permits for construction works in buildings. Job Duties: - Manage building access permits. - Prepare sketches for various construction works to be carried out on-site. - Take photographic documentation at the site. - Prepare technical data reports and authorization records. - Establish and maintain good relationships with building managers, clients, etc. - Provide information regarding the service offered · Requirements: - Clear diction, strong writing skills, and dynamic performance. - Knowledge of External Plant for installation of cabinets and cables. - Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills. - Technical profile with commercial abilities. - Completed secondary education or higher. - Technical knowledge in electricity, cabling, and reading/interpreting blueprints will be valued. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Valid driver's license (desirable). · We offer permanent employment, private health insurance coverage, and competitive remuneration aligned with the position. Work Area: AMBA (Greater Buenos Aires) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00–16:00 hrs; Saturdays, 8:00–12:00 hrs.
