Position Summary: We are seeking Fiber Optic Network Installation Technicians for network deployment and/or residential installations, working across various locations and with customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Deployment and installation of last-mile Fiber Optic and Coaxial networks 2. Proficiency in cutting and connecting tools, fusion and splicing of optical fiber 3. We specialize in deploying Fiber Optic, copper, and structured cabling networks; we perform re-engineering and upgrades of existing networks; and we execute complete end-to-end last-mile and customer-premises internal network construction. We also provide network support, maintenance, and microcomputing services. We are currently seeking Fiber Optic Network Installation Technicians to carry out network deployment and/or residential installation tasks. Tasks will be performed on utility poles, manholes, rooftops, basements, and customers’ residences. Required Knowledge and Skills: - Knowledge and experience in FTTH (Fiber Optic) and last-mile Coaxial network deployment. - Familiarity with GPON and/or Ethernet technology installations. - Proficiency in optical fiber cutting and connection tools for use in cabinets and devices. - Experience in optical fiber fusion and splicing. - Ability to read power measurement equipment, launch reels, and OTDRs. - Ability to work effectively in teams. - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. - Proactive mindset and dynamic performance in resolving field problems. · Requirements: - Residency in CABA (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires) or nearby areas. - Technical academic background. - Valid driver’s license (desirable). - Professional knowledge and experience in optical fiber. · OUR OFFERING: - Employment under formal labor contract. - Prepaid medical coverage for you and your immediate family. - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00; Saturdays, 08:00–12:00 (Sundays and holidays: as scheduled and with prior notice). - Work area: CABA and surrounding areas.-Requirements- Minimum education: Tertiary years of experience Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist, assembly, assembly, mounting, installation, installer, installer, installation, optical
