Job Summary: We are seeking Fiber Optic Technicians to install telephone and TV services at residential locations, with experience in laying FFOO (Fiber Optic) and coaxial networks, and knowledge of GPON/Ethernet technology. We also provide network support, maintenance, and microcomputer services. We are currently seeking Fiber Optic Technicians to perform telephone and TV installation tasks at customers’ residences. Required Knowledge and Skills: - Knowledge and experience in laying last-mile FFOO (Fiber Optic) and coaxial networks. - Knowledge of installations using GPON and/or Ethernet technology. - Proficiency in fiber optic cutting and connection tools for boxes and devices. - Knowledge of fiber optic fusion splicing and mechanical splicing. - Ability to read power measurement equipment, launch reels, and OTDRs. - Ability to work effectively in a team. - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. - Proactive and dynamic performance in resolving field problems. Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year prior experience in similar roles within telecommunications or cable companies. - Residence in Rosario or nearby areas. - Completed secondary education. - Valid driver’s license (desirable).
