Job Objective To hire a technician with proven experience in electronic assembly who will serve as the team’s operational reference point, combining technical proficiency in assembly processes with soft skills typical of mid-level leadership. Education and Technical Knowledge Technical education in electronics, electromechanics, or related fields (high school technical diploma, tertiary degree, or equivalent verifiable experience). Solid experience in electronic assembly, including: Assembly of electronic circuit boards (PCBs). THT and SMD soldering. Identification and placement of electronic components. Reading and interpretation of schematics and technical documentation. Basic visual and functional inspection post-assembly. Operation of tools and equipment: Soldering irons, hot air stations, multimeters, magnifiers, power supplies, etc. Preferred qualifications: Rework and repair of circuit boards. Experience in production lines or serial assembly. Knowledge of ESD best practices. Process documentation and traceability. Experience Prior experience in electronic assembly and integration. Experience coordinating tasks, organizing work, or serving as the team’s technical reference. Ability to assign tasks, verify quality, and meet deadlines.
