To support this mission, the Syngenta Vegetable Seeds Commercial Team is seeking a Technical Sales Representative – KAM - Vegetable Seeds based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. **Responsibilities** * Sales, Key Account Management (national distributors in ARG \+ Uruguay \+ Bolivia), and business plan administration. * Implementation of commercial policies. * Medium-term commercial agreements. * Field demand development and generation, in collaboration with distributors. * Implement tactical activities for portfolio development, launch, support, and defense of horticultural seeds within the assigned territory. * Conduct fieldwork: trial establishment, market intelligence gathering, claim management (as applicable), engagement with growers, and portfolio sales. * Collaborate closely with Sales and Development teams in Argentina to maximize portfolio opportunities. * Be commercially responsible for the launch and initial sales trials of new materials. * Conduct demand-generation activities within the assigned territory. * Coordinate effectively with distribution teams to achieve defined performance indicators. * Report timely progress on work plans, trials, and relevant market intelligence. **Requirements** **Essential for this position:** * Professional with a Bachelor’s Degree/Engineering in Agronomy or related field. * Knowledge of the horticultural seed distribution channel: Tomato, Pepper, Sweet Corn. (mandatory) * Willingness and flexibility to travel. (mandatory) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
