Job Summary: The Technical Product Manager translates customer needs into technological solutions, bridging business with product and technology. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate and communicate between clients and product/technology teams. **Job Objective:** The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for **translating the customer's voice into viable technological solutions**, serving as the bridge connecting business needs with the product and technology capabilities required to fulfill our promise to customers. **Responsibilities:** **Requirements Management** * Gather and document requirements from direct customers with technical precision. * Translate business needs into clear specifications for the product and technology teams. * Validate that received requirements are complete, feasible, and prioritized. **Feasibility Assessment** * Assess the technical feasibility of requirements before escalating them to the team. * Identify dependencies, technical risks, and constraints in each request. * Propose alternative solutions when a requirement is not viable in its original form. **Coordination with Product and Technology** * Serve as the single point of contact between customers and product/technology teams. * Ensure technical team deliverables align with the original customer requirements. * Track development progress and communicate status updates to the customer. **Documentation and Continuous Improvement** * Document processes, decisions, and technical specifications for each project. * Identify opportunities to improve the flow from requirements to delivery. * Collaborate with the product team on backlog prioritization. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Programming, or related field. * **+2 years** of experience in a similar product or software development role. * Technical knowledge in **software development and system architecture (this is not a programming role; understanding of technical aspects is sufficient)**. * Experience in **requirements management and technical documentation** (PRDs, user stories). * Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure. * Proficiency in **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban). * Proficiency in **project management tools** (Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar). * Ability to assess technical feasibility without coding. * Knowledge of **system integrations and APIs**. * Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Active listening and synthesis skills. * Analytical thinking and solution orientation. * Organization and management of multiple concurrent requirements. * Proactivity and autonomy as an individual contributor. * Customer and results orientation. **Benefits** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (flexible based on outcomes) **Employment Type:** Full-time, Contractor, Remote in Argentina **Open Positions:** 1 **Base Salary:** $1,500 USD per month **Vacation Entitlement from Year One** **Growth Opportunities** **About the Company** We are LATAM’s first AI-powered collections infrastructure.
