Job Responsibilities: * Provide technical and process guidance for technologies and capabilities related to Exchange within the client's global managed services offering. * Collaborate closely with product management, delivery center administrators, and engineering staff to ensure alignment with the client's strategic direction and initiatives. * Define the technical aspects of new capabilities in O365 to meet client requirements. * Perform advanced troubleshooting of operational issues and test patches to verify messaging service stability. * Required Skills: * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 * Knowledge of Defender for Office 365 * Solid technical experience with SMTP, especially in Exchange / Microsoft 365 configuration * Desired Skills: * Experience with Proofpoint Enterprise Protection, including Targeted Attack Protection.
