Summary: This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging high-value creator prospects with the goal of converting them into signed talent through high-volume, high-touch outreach. We move fast, we're results\-driven, and we're building a team that operates the same way. **POSITION OVERVIEW** The Lead Sourcer / SDR **is responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging high\-value creator prospects with the goal of converting them into signed talent.** This is a high\-volume, high\-touch outreach role that requires a sharp eye for talent, strong written communication skills, and the ability to operate across multiple platforms simultaneously. You will own the top of our acquisition funnel. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Source and qualify creator leads across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms daily * Locate and verify creators' OnlyFans or paywall platform presence * Research each prospect's audience demographics, engagement metrics, content style, and estimated earning potential * Execute personalized, multi\-channel outreach via DM, email, comments, story replies, and any available contact method * For high\-priority targets, pursue aggressively across every available touchpoint until contact is made * Mirror the creator's communication style and tone in all outreach — no generic templates * Follow up a minimum of four times per lead across different channels before marking inactive * Maintain a clean, updated pipeline in our CRM with detailed notes on each lead's status * Report weekly on outreach volume, response rates, and calls booked * Collaborate with the partnerships team to refine targeting criteria and messaging based on conversion data **DAILY \& WEEKLY METRICS** * **Outbound DMs:** 75 per day minimum across Instagram and TikTok * **Outbound Emails:** 20\+ per day to verified creator contacts * **Follow\-Ups:** Minimum 4 touchpoints per lead before archiving * **Calls Booked:** Weekly target set by management based on pipeline volume * **Pipeline Updates:** CRM updated daily — all activity logged same day **QUALIFICATIONS** * 1–3 years of experience in outreach, sales, talent acquisition, influencer marketing, or a related field * Prior agency experience preferred — familiarity with fast\-paced, target\-driven environments * Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, including how creators grow and monetize audiences * Familiarity with the subscription\-based creator economy (OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar platforms) * Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across different creator types * Highly organized with experience managing high\-volume outreach pipelines * Proficient with CRM tools, outreach platforms, or similar tracking systems * Self\-starter who takes initiative, follows through, and consistently hits targets without close supervision **NICE TO HAVE** * Existing network within the creator or influencer space * Experience using cold email or LinkedIn outreach tools * Background in talent management, booking, or creator\-facing client services Sueldo: $1\.128\.000,00 al mes Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
