What will you do? As an ERP Functional Technical Analyst (Softland) Ssr., your goal will be to analyze, develop, and maintain software solutions aligned with functional requirements defined by the ITBP, ensuring technical quality, documentation, and compliance with standards established by the Technical Leader: * Develop and maintain systems, integrations, and functionalities according to technical and functional specifications. * Participate in requirement analysis together with the ITBP and Technical Leader. * Apply good programming practices and team-defined standards. * Document developments, data structures, and processes. * Collaborate in functional testing. * Identify and propose improvements in existing systems. * Provide second-level technical support for developments under your responsibility. * Meet defined deadlines and report progress and obstacles. * Source code development using defined technologies. * Consume and publish APIs, batch processes, and business logic. * Participate in project analysis or follow-up meetings. * Perform unit testing, bug fixes, and adjustments on deliverables. * Peer technical reviews (when applicable). * Functional collaboration during validation phase with ITBP or users. What is the challenge of the position? You will be challenged to collaborate in the technical implementation of solutions within the framework defined by the Technical Leader, make improvement suggestions regarding code, logic, or performance, and estimate time for assigned tasks. Who will you work with? You will work within a development team consisting of the Technical Leader and two other colleagues. What tools will you use? The tools used will be: Advaris, Softland, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Metabase. When and where will you work? You will work under a hybrid model, attending the client's offices in Puerto Madero three days per week and working from home two days per week. During the first few months, onboarding may require a mostly onsite schedule to effectively understand the company culture, business specifics, and needs of each department.
