Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Engineer for a key role in installation, maintenance, and support of high-precision measurement equipment, ensuring operational reliability and customer satisfaction. This role is critical within the organization, as it entails installation, maintenance, and technical support of high-precision measurement equipment, ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will work directly with laboratories, industrial facilities, and regulatory bodies requiring reliable measurement solutions. The ideal candidate must be methodical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving focused, with the ability to manage technical projects. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical service team, organizing tasks and managing installation and maintenance projects. Perform equipment installation, commissioning (PeM), and configuration, ensuring proper operation. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on both hardware and software of marketed instruments. Diagnose and resolve technical failures onsite and in the laboratory. Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance. Read and interpret technical documentation in English for correct equipment use and diagnostics. Collaborate with international suppliers (USA), managing technical requirements and support. Develop technical procedures and documentation to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency. 📌 Essential Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years in installation, maintenance, or support of laboratory measurement equipment. Education: University graduate in Engineering disciplines. Languages: Intermediate/advanced technical English (manual reading, communication with suppliers). Availability for domestic client visits and occasional international travel. Knowledge of electronics and measurement systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic and calibration tools. Basic knowledge of software associated with instruments.
