Advisory services on regulatory frameworks and project visualization An engineering firm specializing in Oil & Energy, based in La Plata, requires a Senior Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the field to provide services for its client YPF in Neuquen City / Plaza Huincul Industrial Complex. Main Job Responsibilities - Preparation of pre-feasibility studies for grid connection or capacity expansion to the Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM) - Preparation of Stage I and Stage II electrical studies in accordance with CAMMESA procedures. - Management before regulatory and oversight agencies, e.g., SEN, ENRE, CAMMESA, and Market Agents. - Advisory services on regulatory frameworks. - Preparation of electrical project visualization studies. - Execution and/or updating of single-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, functional diagrams, typical installation drawings, and layout plans. - Execution and/or review of basic electrical engineering for electrical projects. - Preparation of SMEC projects. Required Knowledge Advanced AutoCAD proficiency ETAP Dialux Experience in managing access studies for the Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM) YPF procedures (desirable) IRAM, IEC, NEC, IEEE, DIN, VDE, NBR standards.
