Based in **Argentina**, this position will be responsible for comprehensive management of exceptions on delivery routes, ensuring all incidents are addressed, resolved, and accurately logged within the same operational day. This role acts as a key coordination point among couriers, customers, and the customer service team. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and manage all delivery route exceptions in real time. * Ensure each exception is handled, resolved, and accurately logged within the same route/day. * Guarantee data accuracy and timely system updates. * Serve as the liaison between couriers, customers, and Customer Service teams. * Drive rapid resolution through effective communication and follow-up. * Provide visibility and status updates on critical exceptions. * Monitor and oversee couriers and third-party transportation providers to ensure adherence to operational standards. **WHAT YOU BRING:** * Education: Completed secondary education.
