




Job Summary: Finning is seeking a Planner in Añelo, Neuquén, responsible for quoting, planning, and tracking resources for external and internal customer service requests, as well as interacting with customers and the sales force. Finning, CATERPILLAR’s strategic partner and leader in equipment and service distribution, is searching for top talent to fulfill the role of **Planner. Work location: Añelo, Neuquén**, who will be **responsible** for quoting, planning, and tracking all necessary resources (spare parts, third-party vendors, labor, etc.) required to execute service requests from external and internal customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Quote, request, and activate spare parts in service orders, meeting established targets. * Plan requested services based on resource availability. * Contact customers to execute services. * Provide visibility to the sales force and customers regarding the status of requested services. **Responsibilities:** * Create service orders using the corresponding standard job, based on notifications received from internal customers or additional orders for already-initiated jobs. * Generate service quotations, meeting established targets. * Schedule activated jobs, indicating the committed service date. * Track resource availability. * Manage service order status post-release. * Monitor work progress and update daily/weekly/monthly scheduling. * Apply available PIPs and PSPs. * Participate in Service Excellence metrics and attributes; achieving annual objectives in categories aligned with CAT. * Generate reports to provide visibility into ongoing work and adherence to the customer-committed date. * Identify process improvement opportunities with interfacing departments and develop action plans. Requirements: * Preferably with experience in the service business. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Student or graduate in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in Office 365 and SAP. * Knowledge of heavy machinery (preferred). * Full-time availability. * Must reside in Neuquén.
