In this role, you will be part of a group of highly experienced professionals responsible for developing and maintaining different platforms and solutions using multiple technologies. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collaborate in building various functionalities for the team's tech stack. * Collaborate in maintaining developed and deployed applications. * Analyze and design requested requirements and applications. * Estimate requested requirements. * Ensure the quality of different applications through automated testing. * Collaborate in learning and adopting best practices by applying different methodologies such as code reviews, pair programming, merge requests, etc. * Drive the adoption of the framework defined by the team (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), ensuring the effectiveness of the framework. * Guide the team toward value creation and continuous improvement. * Assist the TPO in backlog management with a focus on product development and evolution. **JOB REQUIREMENTS (mandatory):** * \+3 years of experience in fullstack development (in JavaScript) * \+3 years of experience in React & NodeJs. * \+1 year of experience in NextJs. * Knowledge of GraphQL. * Experience with Test Automation (Cypress) * Experience with Unit Testing (Jest, Enzyme) * Experience using SQL and NoSQL databases. * Knowledge of frontend frameworks and tools (Material UI, Tailwind, etc.). * Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban) * Students/graduates of computer science or related fields. * Experience in software companies. **Other desirable skills:** * Knowledge and experience working with Linux and Containers (e.g. Debian, RHEL, etc.) * Messaging and streaming technologies (e.g. MQTT, AMQP or Kafka) * Docker and Container orchestration * Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) **Required Competencies:** * Collaboration and teamwork * Effective communication * Critical thinking * Flexibility and adaptability * Problem solving * Quality orientation * Customer orientation **Benefits Package:** * Quarterly salary review * Semi-annual bonus of up to 1 monthly salary per year. * Health insurance **OSDE 210** for primary family members. * 3 weeks of vacation after completing the first year. * In-house English training program with classes twice a week * Welcome kit * Birthday free day * Edenred card * Access to Udemy Business platform * Summer flexible Fridays * Gympass benefit
