Four Seasons Buenos Aires is hiring! The Digital Concierge will join our Guest Services team and manage all guest communications prior to arrival and during the stay via email, phone calls, and/or Four Seasons Chat. They will ensure guest itineraries are carried out according to agreements made with guests and must be knowledgeable about hotel services and operating hours (restaurants, spa, concierge, valet). They will maintain a comprehensive Concierge database — both digital and printed — for guest reference and update it regularly. They will handle the Four Seasons chat system, restaurant reservations, messengers, package delivery requests, housekeeping requests, concierge requests, and maintenance requests daily per department standards. They will understand the responsibilities of a telephone operator, front desk agent, and reservations agent, and provide support to these roles as needed. They will coordinate transportation in collaboration with Bell Desk according to Four Seasons standards. They will remain attentive to guest needs and find pride and purpose in delivering exceptional service and products. They will anticipate personal preferences and exceed expectations. Requirements: Advanced student and/or graduate preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar tasks or positions. Advanced English proficiency. Availability to work rotating days and shifts. Teamwork, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills. Temporary position. Valid documentation required to work in the country.
