**Job Responsibilities**
Responsibilities:
* **Access and credential management**: Onboarding new users into relevant systems, tracking pending activations, and issuing physical and digital credentials.
* **Management of visits to Syneos**: Registering and escorting suppliers and visitors entering the office.
* **Communication with CEL Building staff**: Liaising with building staff for notifications and access authorizations per the Building’s procedures for supplier entry, employees without credentials, and visitors to the 16th floor.
* **Meeting and event support**: Reviewing room bookings to coordinate cafeteria, catering, or cleaning services between meetings. The resource coordinates these requirements, and the assigned cleaning service provider executes them.
* **Invoice processing**: Allocating and entering invoices from courier providers (Ocasa and domestic FedEx), motorcycle messengers, and remises into the payment workflow.
* **Mail reception and dispatch support**: Receiving corporate VISA credit cards for employees and tracking delivery. Receiving and distributing incoming documentation. Assisting employees with profile setup for courier-based correspondence shipments.
* **Parking support and assistance**: Managing vehicle registrations for Syneos-assigned parking spaces within the building and addressing employee inquiries related to internal parking.
(Instructional guides and user manuals are available for all these procedures to facilitate training and task learning.)
Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in a university program, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Availability during morning hours to complete the internship.
* Minimum one-year availability for the internship.
* This position is 100% on-site; candidates must be able to attend the office located in Nuñez.
* English: Intermediate / Advanced.
* Strong communication and customer service skills; organized and responsible.
