Contributes to continuous process improvement At **Raízen Argentina**, we are looking for a **"Sales Support Assistant"** **The Main Objective of This Position Is:** * Provide operational and administrative support to the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of commercial documents. * Act as a liaison between the commercial area and internal departments (Finance, Operations, IT), resolving inquiries promptly and accurately. * Contribute to continuous process improvement and acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Primary Responsibilities Will Be:** * Process and issue invoices for B2B / Retail areas, ensuring timely and accurate invoice issuance. * Enter invoices into customer portals. * Issue credit notes, debit notes, and concept invoices. * Analyze and process re-invoicing. * Manage the monthly reservation process. * Receive and analyze billing-related requests from internal and external customers. * Analyze billing-related data to generate insights supporting commercial decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Academic background: Students and/or graduates in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in administrative roles. * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * SAP and Power BI (desirable). * Competencies: Results- and detail-oriented, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** * Work arrangement: Example hybrid model 3x2. * Workplace: Nuñez, CABA. ***Equitable hiring practice.
