Apply here to launch an extraordinary career today.** AES is seeking a **Wind Farm O\&M Technical Inspector for the Vientos Neuquinos Wind Farm** **Role Description:** The position requires high availability for operation and maintenance activities at the site, working collaboratively with peers and with remote and on-site support from specialists. The role reports to the Wind Farm Manager and interfaces with subject-matter experts across various disciplines and with the San Nicolás Remote Control Center. There will also be coordination with cross-functional business unit areas (Procurement, EHS, Performance, etc.). **Responsibilities:** * Execute and inspect preventive and corrective maintenance tasks defined in work orders generated through the work management process * Respond to equipment failures and resolve resulting faults (unplanned) * Generate reports of completed tasks and maintain the CMMS (SAP) up to date with all data required by the asset management system * Inspect operation and maintenance tasks performed by contractors, with focus on safety, quality, and sustainability of activities * Play a key role in certification and maintenance processes for the integrated management system (safety, environment, quality, asset management); external audit processes conducted by Global Risk, tracking of non-conformities, and implementation of improvements * Perform equipment switching operations and operational tasks; fulfill the roles of EAC and RAC in compliance with applicable safety procedures * Ensure continuous compliance with corporate EHS standards * Actively participate in "asset criticality analysis", "work management", and artificial intelligence applications (e.g., "Etapro") * Commit to the wind farm’s social dimension: community engagement, handling complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with landowners * Commit to all environmental activities at the wind farm * Collaborate in developing operation and maintenance procedures and instructions, as well as EHS procedures and instructions **Requirements:** * Electrical, electronic, mechanical technician or equivalent higher technical qualification (mandatory) * 1\-3 years of relevant experience in this role * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in the core Microsoft Office suite * Valid driver's license * English (basic\-intermediate) **We improve the lives of more than 10\+ million people through the safe and reliable delivery of energy.
