Job Summary: We are seeking students to support process management, identify improvements, and lead Lean projects. Key Highlights: 1. Develop skills in process management and implementation 2. Identify and propose operational improvement opportunities 3. Lead Lean projects to optimize processes Tecpetrol is looking for students pursuing **Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering**, to join the PAD Process area, working at the **Neuquén** offices under the **Ordinary Educational Internship Program (part-time).** Main Tasks/Responsibilities: * Learn and apply fundamental concepts of Process Management and support their implementation at Tecpetrol. * Understand processes, model them, identify deviations and improvement opportunities, and track progress. * Support the Process Team in keeping the current status of each process updated for tracking purposes. * Lead the implementation of a Lean Project based on departmental needs. **Requirements:** * University students enrolled in **Petroleum Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering**. * Minimum 50% of degree program completed.
