The growing team at EFT\-Systems has set itself the goal of offering the best technical support for BYD energy storage systems that are being looked after. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Tasks**: \- Technical customer service for customers (by phone / email) \- Analysis and identification of error patterns \- Technically competent support for commissioning and ongoing operation of the energy storage system \- Independent processing of tickets through to finding the solution (including independent ordering of spare parts, if necessary) \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Profile**: \- Previous experience in customer service or in electrotechnical area is valued \- A general understanding of (electro\-)technical topics (e.g. voltage, current, cabling) \- Good communication skills, positive attitude, team spirit and quality awareness \- Very good knowledge of **German** (the language must be understood safely, even with technical topics and in some cases a strong dialect) \- Good knowledge of English (or other languages) is an advantage \- Working model: working from home (home office) \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Perspective:** \- Interesting tasks in a committed team and a company that is constantly developing with the young and growing market of renewable energies \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ If possible, please send your CV in English or German.
