We are looking for a **Technical Lead** with strong technical experience and a proven ability to lead development teams in highly dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of verifiable experience in technical leadership roles, as well as deep expertise in modern architectures and serverless solution development. ### **Responsibilities** * Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding best practices, quality standards, and architectural decisions. * Design, implement, and maintain services and microservices using Node.js and Golang—primarily within serverless architectures. * Define and oversee the technical architecture for new products and features. * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements. * Conduct code reviews, ensure the team’s technical quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. * Resolve complex design, security, scalability, and performance issues. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries. **Requirements** Technical Requirements * + Minimum 2–3 years of verifiable experience as a Technical Lead, leading development teams. + Advanced proficiency in **Node.js** and **Golang**, including serverless application design. + Solid experience with **AWS**, especially: + - AWS Lambda - DynamoDB - Step Functions - Serverless architectures in general + Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and sound engineering practices. + Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and modular architectures. Soft Skills * + Excellent communication skills and ability to guide fellow developers. + Collaborative leadership grounded in mentorship and data-informed decision-making. + Strong analytical capability and problem-solving orientation. + Proactivity, critical thinking, and a high degree of organization.
