If you have fresh ideas, a strategic mindset, and the ability to connect creativity with measurable results, we'd love to meet you. **What you'll do** * Design and implement social media strategies aligned with the identity of a brand in the automotive industry. * Create and manage engaging, innovative, and platform\-tailored content that highlights values such as innovation, performance, and lifestyle. * Engage with digital communities, fostering authentic conversations and boosting audience engagement. * Collaborate with design, marketing, Brand Experience, and media teams to enhance key campaigns and initiatives. * Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices. * Lead the analysis of social media performance, clearly distinguishing results from organic and paid content. * Measure and optimize the impact of strategies based on brand KPIs, engagement, and conversion. * Develop reports and dashboards to turn data into actionable insights for decision\-making. **What you'll need** * Proven experience managing social media for brands. * Creativity to craft purposeful stories and produce content that resonates. * Strong understanding of metrics, KPIs, and performance analytics (e.g., reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, sentiment). * Knowledge of Social Listening, monitoring, and analytics tools (ideally Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, or Talkwalker). * Ability to distinguish the value and role of organic actions versus paid media and understand how they complement each other. * Proactive, curious, and solution\-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and bring fresh ideas in a dynamic environment.
