Their environment is fast\-paced, hands\-on, and highly collaborative. **Role Overview** As a Client Services, you will manage client strategies, foster relationships, and ensure seamless execution of growth campaigns. This interdependent role complements the Growth Marketer, prioritizing passion and adaptability over strict experience. **Responsibilities** * Lead client strategy from intake to delivery, coordinating with Growth Marketer and AI Technologist. * Handle client communications, adapt to needs in resorts/restaurants sector, and drive project success. * Monitor KPIs, provide updates, and upsell bespoke services enabled by proprietary tech tools. * Support occasional travel for Mexico City pitches or US client meetings. **Requirements** * Experience in client services, account management, account coordination, or customer\-facing agency work * Able to manage multiple clients and priorities at once * Interest in or exposure to growth marketing, digital marketing, or campaign environments * Excellent English; EST/CST availability (PST exceptional); Mexico City preferred. * Open to profiles ranging from junior to more experienced, as long as there is strong client instinct, adaptability, and drive **Benefits** Compensation in USD.
