Guide two Senior Developers and shape platform architecture decisions We are looking for a **Senior Platform/Infrastructure Engineer** who will lead technical delivery of an enterprise HashiCorp Boundary platform, establish secure cloud connectivity between AWS and Azure, and create reusable platform standards, working remotely with some overlap required during US business hours. **Responsibilities** * Oversee technical execution of the HashiCorp Boundary platform and its roadmap * Architect and implement HashiCorp Boundary throughout the enterprise environment * Establish secure network connections between AWS and Azure * Configure integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory * Build infrastructure as code leveraging Terraform and Terragrunt * Establish the Boundary access framework, including Scopes, Roles, and Grants * Enhance CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and operational processes * Lead security, compliance, and DevSecOps efforts * Create technical documentation and operational runbooks * Promote AI\-assisted engineering approaches within the team * Guide two Senior Developers and shape platform architecture decisions **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years in platform or infrastructure engineering with demonstrated leadership ability * Deep knowledge of implementing and managing HashiCorp Boundary * Understanding of AWS networking components such as Cloud WAN, Transit Gateway, and Network Firewall * Working knowledge of Azure networking, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory * Strong skills in Terraform, Terragrunt, and Python * Competency in Linux and Docker environments * Experience with DevSecOps methodologies, including SAST, SCA, and Secrets Management * Solid grasp of CI/CD automation concepts * Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and accountability * Regular use of Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot, with a track record of implementing AI\-assisted development * Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM basics, and AI\-driven developer workflows * English proficiency at B2 level or higher **Nice to have** * Experience with GitHub Actions * Understanding of RDP session recording tools * Ability to troubleshoot Azure domain join and DNS issues * Exposure to MCP servers or AI automation tools **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
