In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of payroll cycles while serving as a trusted point of contact for employees on payroll\-related matters. This is a great opportunity for a detail\-oriented professional with a strong command of local payroll legislation and processes. **Responsibilities** * Execute complete monthly payroll processing for employees in Argentina, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Manage final settlements and termination processes in accordance with current legislation * Administer and control the settlement of fourth\-category income tax * Perform the filing and control of social security contributions using the Digital Payroll Book * Process payroll changes such as vacations, leaves of absence, overtime, and absences * Execute controls and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of payroll calculations * Provide support and respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters * Ensure ongoing compliance with current labor, social security, and tax requirements **Requirements** * A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing in Argentina * Solid knowledge and hands\-on experience in monthly and final payroll calculations * Experience managing Income Tax (4th category) settlements * Knowledge of social security contributions and proficiency using the Digital Payroll Book * Experience managing vacations, leaves of absence, overtime, and termination processes * Experience operating payroll software such as Tango, Visma, or similar platforms * Advanced Excel skills for payroll calculations, reconciliations, and reporting * Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
