Opportunity to ensure robust performance and compliance We are seeking a skilled **Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer** to lead the administration, optimization, and security of our enterprise\-scale Microsoft 365 environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence and enhance collaboration tools for a dynamic user base, ensuring robust performance and compliance. **Responsibilities** * Administer Microsoft 365 at an enterprise scale, including tenants exceeding 10K users * Manage and optimize SharePoint Online and OneDrive configurations, information architecture and governance * Oversee Microsoft Teams administration, including voice integration, telephony and policy management * Work with Microsoft Purview tools such as DLP, retention, sensitivity labels and eDiscovery * Implement and maintain Viva Insights, focusing on privacy\-safe analytics and organizational data management * Develop and execute automation tasks using Power Platform, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API * Ensure secure and seamless identity management with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID and Conditional Access * Apply zero\-trust security principles to strengthen collaboration platform defenses **Requirements** * 7\+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in large\-scale commercial environments * Expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams feature management * Proficiency in scripting tools like Power Platform, PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API * Background in Microsoft Purview compliance tools such as DLP and eDiscovery, privacy configurations * Knowledge of robust identity management systems including Azure Active Directory / Entra ID * Understanding of zero\-trust security frameworks and best practices for collaboration technologies * English proficiency at B2 level or higher **Nice to have** * Familiarity with Viva Insights configuration and analytics strategies * Showcase of advanced automation frameworks and integrations * Certification in relevant Microsoft 365 technologies
