The position will be responsible for critical platforms and services supporting branch and channel operations, leading infrastructure, automation, stability, and technological evolution initiatives. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead technical teams with a focus on operations, architecture, and continuous improvement. * Manage critical infrastructure and channel platforms. * Coordinate automation initiatives, deployments, and adoption of DevOps practices. * Design, strengthen, and evolve infrastructure platforms. * Ensure service availability, performance, and resilience. * Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, development, operations, and vendor teams. ### **Technology Scope** * Linux platforms * Infrastructure design, strengthening, and evolution * Contact Center Architecture (Avaya, Genesys, SIP) * SQL and NoSQL databases * Application clustering and containerization * Cloud & Automation * Design and evolution of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) architecture ### **Requirements** * Experience leading technical teams. * Strong Linux administration expertise. (+10 years) * Experience with cloud, automation, and DevOps practices. * Experience with application clustering and containerization. * Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems. * Hands-on profile with an end-to-end view of infrastructure and services. * Excellent coordination and leadership skills.
