Join us to lead innovative data solutions and grow your professional skills. **Responsibilities** * Oversee end\-to\-end delivery for designated client accounts and serve as the main delivery contact * Ensure delivery governance and process compliance according to selected models * Manage staffing and resource allocation to meet delivery timelines with required skills * Lead technical architecture for solutions to align with quality and future needs * Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and disciplines to drive project outcomes * Establish and maintain long\-term client relationships while addressing risks * Coordinate the development of proposals, statements of work, and project documentation * Promote adherence to best practices, delivery methodologies, and agile approaches * Create and implement risk management strategies during delivery lifecycle * Measure and improve delivery productivity for continuous enhancement * Support sales by offering delivery expertise in bids and proposals * Mentor and support delivery managers within the organization **Requirements** * At least 9 years of experience delivering Data and Analytics projects covering Big Data, Data Warehousing, and BI * Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java with knowledge of Big Data stacks such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka * Proven experience delivering data platform engineering solutions for batch and streaming pipelines * Advanced SQL knowledge and experience designing and supporting Big Data architectures * Previous leadership in cloud migration projects using AWS, Azure, or GCP * Solid understanding of data architecture and data security issues in projects * Knowledge of data visualization methods and classical analytics techniques * Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment with excellent client communication skills (English C1\) * Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies including agile and change management
