Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering partners Project overview: The project focuses on a large scale enterprise mobile application with a strong emphasis on performance, stability, and long term maintainability. The application is already in production and continues to evolve through incremental feature delivery and continuous technical improvements. Position overview: We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to work on a modern, premium enterprise mobile application used at scale. You will contribute to the evolution and stability of a production Android app, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver reliable, secure, and well tested mobile experiences. Technology stack: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, MVVM or MVI architectures, RESTful APIs, Java interoperability, RxJava or Kotlin Flow, automated testing frameworks, CI CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI. * Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high quality Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose within an existing architecture. * Collaborate closely with product and design partners to deliver features that align with business and user needs. * Contribute to end to end delivery including development, testing, code reviews, and release readiness. * Identify, analyze, and resolve performance, memory, and stability issues in a live production environment. * Refactor and improve existing code to keep the architecture clean, maintainable, and aligned with modern Android standards. * Support a strong engineering culture by promoting testing, code quality, and system reliability. * Requirements: At least 5 years of professional experience in native Android development with applications published and maintained in the Google Play Store. * Hands on production experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. * Experience working with structured Android architectures such as MVVM or MVI within established codebases. * Solid understanding of the Android SDK, device fragmentation, and Java interoperability. * Experience integrating Android applications with RESTful APIs. * Practical experience with automated testing including unit and UI tests. * Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments with attention to security, privacy, and structured release processes. * Ability to work effectively as part of a cross functional team in a production focused environment.
