Manage a team of consultants, providing code reviews and architectural guidance We are seeking a highly skilled **SAP MDG Architect** to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of our Master Data Governance platform. As a pivotal figure in our organization, you will align business needs with technical solutions to maintain high\-quality data across domains such as Material, Business Partner, and Finance. **Responsibilities** * Lead the architectural design of MDG solutions, encompassing data modeling, UI modeling (Floorplan Manager), and process modeling (BRF\+ workflows) * Define data standards, validation rules, and enrichment processes while establishing data ownership frameworks and KPIs for data health * Supervise the integration of MDG with SAP S/4HANA and non\-SAP legacy systems using ALE/IDoc, Data Replication Framework (DRF), and OData services * Oversee full\-cycle implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, Go\-Live, and hyper\-care * Manage a team of functional and technical consultants by providing code reviews and architectural guidance * Ensure successful data migration aligned with business needs * Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical and data governance solutions * Maintain expertise in data governance frameworks to support organizational data quality initiatives **Requirements** * Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Data Management with at least 3 full\-cycle SAP MDG implementations in a lead role * Expertise in MDG domains including MDG\-M, MDG\-S, MDG\-C, and MDG\-F * Proficiency in BRF\+, Floorplan Manager (FPM), and ABAP Objects, with demonstrated experience in BAdIs and Web Dynpro * Background in integrating SAP MDG with satellite systems such as Mulesoft, SAP PI, or similar, and creating functional and technical specifications for systems integration * Experience with SAP Data Services, Information Steward, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) * Competency in S/4HANA migration from ECC, including managing "Business Partner" synchronization (CVI) * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field * Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to explain complex data concepts to non\-technical audiences * SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Master Data Governance (preferred) * English proficiency at B2 level or higher
