We are expanding our team and looking for a **Junior Recruiter** who wants to start or grow a career in tech recruitment and learn from real hiring projects. Responsibilities * Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases * Screen CVs and assess candidate fit based on role requirements * Conduct initial interviews (intro calls) with candidates * Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS / CRM * Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process * Support senior recruiters with active vacancies * Learn recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview frameworks Requirements * Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition * Good communication skills and attention to detail * Ability to work with information, follow processes, and meet deadlines * English level: Intermediate (B1\+) or higher * Willingness to learn and grow in IT recruitment Nice to have * First experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or customer support * Experience with LinkedIn or job platforms * Interest in IT, startups, or technology industry What we offer * Full training and mentorship in IT recruitment * Clear growth path to Recruiter / Senior Recruiter roles * Remote work and flexible schedule * Hands\-on experience with international clients and candidates Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $500,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
