We are seeking a React Native Developer to join our Frontend team, participating in the development of web and mobile applications while ensuring accessibility, responsive design, and quality throughout development and deployment processes. Technically: Advanced experience in React Native for mobile application development. Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and responsive design principles. Experience working with AWS services. Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines. Advanced skills in unit and integration testing. Familiarity with Gitflow for version control. Personally: Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Teamwork and collaboration. Results-oriented mindset with continuous improvement focus. Negotiation and conflict management skills. What will you do? Use React Native for mobile development, building native applications that deliver a seamless user experience. Ensure applications comply with web accessibility standards (WCAG) so they can be used by people with disabilities. Implement responsive and adaptive design principles so applications function correctly across various devices and screen sizes. Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure application quality and proper functionality. Utilize AWS services to enhance application performance and scalability. Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes. Perform unit and integration testing to validate code quality and functionality. Use Gitflow for version control and collaborative work, ensuring efficient development workflows. When and where will you work? This position follows a hybrid work model. However, during the first six months, full-time on-site attendance Monday through Friday is required. First, you’ll have an interview with our Recruiter, Lucila Lemucchi, where we’ll discuss your professional background and interests. Then, you’ll proceed with interviews conducted by the hiring company. The first is an HR interview to learn more about the role and an English screening. The second is a technical assessment to evaluate your expertise in depth. Finally, there will be client-facing interviews focused on getting to know the team and project in greater detail.
