Human by nature. As a Raw Material Intern, you will be accountable and responsible for the entire Requisition \& Fulfillment (R\&F) processing. Reporting to the Raw Material R\&F Team Lead, you will manage raw material availability. You will also resolve plant or region specific issues to ensure security of supply. You will work in a hybrid model 4 days at home and 1 day at our office located in Martinez. **Responsibilities** * Support the team with PO Management and Reports release Purchase Orders to 3rd party suppliers according to sourcing and fulfillment instructions defined by the global Category Managers and within quality and time constraints. Track and follow up Purchase Orders deliveries to ensure security of supply * Learn about Issue ResolutionThe OBsmanage Raw Material availability issue resolution with plant Raw Material planners. Coordinate delivery and quality non conformities in relation with plant partners. Support investigation of root cause analysis on invoice non conformities **Your professional profile requires** * University degree in progress (Adm., Engineering, Economics) * Interest and capability for Gsheets/Excel, macros or Visual Basic * Fluent in English * Experience in procurement, knowledge transfer activity or business service center * Knowledge of SAP modules and Procurement tools is an advantage.
