We are looking for a **Project Manager** with experience leading complex technical projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. What You’ll Do: * Manage software and AI projects from planning through delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. * Coordinate internal and external technical teams in international contexts. * Proactively identify technical, legal, and organizational risks and propose mitigation strategies. * Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders. * Monitor progress metrics, KPIs, and quality deliverables. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and execution processes. What We’re Looking For: * 3+ years of experience leading software or AI projects (not junior roles). * Experience working with remote or international teams. * Ability to understand technical decisions and their impact on legal and business risks. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
