Our client is a Florida\-based HVAC company specializing in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HVAC Operations Coordinator to join a growing team supporting HVAC and construction\-related operations across South Florida, US. This is a highly dynamic role that combines customer communication, scheduling, operational coordination, permit administration, and CRM management. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast\-paced environment, and is eager to grow into a leadership position in the future.
