As an inside sales representative, you are the key contact point holding everything together: from incoming orders to satisfied customers. Then this is your place. **What will you do?*** You process incoming orders quickly and accurately in our system; * You maintain telephone and email contact with customers regarding quotations, deliveries, and inquiries; * You proactively inform customers about the status of their orders; * You coordinate internally with colleagues from service, logistics, and account managers; * You promptly identify bottlenecks and ensure smooth communication among all involved parties; You contribute ideas on how we can further improve customer support. * **What do you bring?*** Completed MBO-level education, preferably in a commercial or administrative field; * Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; * You work accurately and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously; * You are customer-oriented, solution-focused, and proactive; Knowledge of standard office applications such as Word and Excel; experience with a CRM- or ERP-system is a plus. * **What do we offer you?**At VAMAT, you’ll get not only a versatile role with significant personal responsibility but also the opportunity to develop yourself.
